Wisconsin, we can take back our country today!

Today - there are numerous recall elections here in Wisconsin. Depending upon the outcome of the recall elections, a shot can be heard around America and the world. There is an evil ideology that is manifest in a "conservatives" on both sides of the Atlantic, in Reaganism, Thatcherism, VVD conservatism and the Tea Party. This ideology is based on Social Darwinism and cares not about the average citizen, targets schools, demonizes teachers and is anti-democratic. Part of this ideological ilk is present in Walkers' administration and is highly anti-democratic. There is a revolt here in Wisconsin that could mean a revolt against this evil ideology not just in America, but could inspire Europe as well.

Wisconsin, kunnen we vandaag terug ons land!

Vandaag - zijn er tal van herinneren verkiezingen hier in Wisconsin. Afhankelijk van de uitkomst van de recall verkiezingen, kan een schot te horen rond Amerika en de wereld. Er is een kwaad ideologie die zich manifesteren in een "conservatieven" aan beide zijden van de Atlantische Oceaan, in Reaganisme, Thatcherisme, VVD conservatisme en de Tea Party. Deze ideologie is gebaseerd op het Sociaal Darwinisme en zorgen niet over de gemiddelde burger, doelstellingen scholen, demoniseert leraren en is anti-democratisch. Een deel van deze ideologische soortgenoten aanwezig is in de administratie Walkers 'en is zeer anti-democratisch. Er is een opstand hier in Wisconsin, dat een opstand tegen dit kwaad ideologie niet alleen in Amerika zou kunnen betekenen, maar kan Europa inspireren.

On this Europe day – remembering (again) the US-EU hypocrisy

This blog take lots of efforts to point out the glaring hypocrisies of "American exceptionalism" in the US-EU relationship on this Europe Day. "American exceptionalism" means that the same corruption and bad governance fought off in Egypt (and supported by the EU) is never criticized by the European Union. Even as American social inequality is equal to Ivory Coast and State governors are as corrupt as Laurent Gbagbo and Hosni Mubarak, the EU still says nothing.This Author will always continue to speak out against this "exceptionalism" in the US-EU relationship that has given license for abusive regimes in American states and governmental structures!

Democracy does not end on election day. We must work to keep it and we must work against those foes and enemies to our democracy. This includes billionaires that want to use their money to promote their vision by buying candidates and corrupting our democracy.
